Embedded Partnership

Sera embedded in your accelerator or organisation — sessions, office hours, design and strategic input across a cohort or a year. Ongoing founder consults, crisis response, and quarterly strategic review. Your own architecture, built in from the start.

Every engagement is clinically governed. If something serious surfaces in a room, it is held properly — by a registered clinician, with a referral path ready. Engagements are sized for charities as well as funded programmes.

The founder

Dr Ujala Ilyas

Clinical Psychologist, HCPC registered, trained at King's College London — with fluency in evidence-based frameworks, ethics, and a spiritually-attuned, human-centred practice, stretching beyond psychological models alone. Previous experience in the National Health Service in England, alongside extensive private practice.
